Objective
- To host a phenomenal team building activity for Medtronic employees that can boost creativity, and team management skills.
Strategy
- We pitched the idea to host Value via Fashion as a team building activity to enhance the Engagement quotient of the activity from the regular team building activities.
- The team wasn’t only supposed to get the briefing but to portray a whole fashion show including discussions about the task distribution, creating mood boards, designing, photoshoots and Runway shows.
