IDEATION

Enthuse procedure starts with “think”, evolving ideas into growth strategies. The team interprets the overall gist of the event, how does the proposed event associate with the Client’s aim and what benefits are intended that the project/event will bear. Assembling a team which will be suitable for the event, analysing the purview of the event and once we get the sitemap of the event we hustle to substantial planning.

ITERATION

For others, Planning is only summarized as proper documentation of their ideas, but here at Enthuse, the real work starts at this stage. We begin “HOW” our conceptualized idea will be executed in real time. We develop tactics of various tasks such as assigning tasks and their role during the execution of the event. The objective is to get every team member onboard and let them know their accountability to the project. It sounds simple, but it is the most important factor in glorious events.

IMPLEMENTATION

Great plans are just ambitious intentions until they are executed flawlessly. We devise plans into actions. We execute plan keeping in mind with the objective, time management, cost reduction quality control and risks calculations. We prioritise the task of the event with our execution team in real time and execute the task in bits and pieces which make it easy and manageable.

INTERPRETATION

Results review execution and measure the progress, which motivates us to achieve our goals. How well the project achieved its target, how we managed the events, what were the high points of the event and finally what did we learn from the event.

THE LEGACY

Enthuse was born out of zeal to create a true client-centric agency who could quickly turn around clients’ needs into action plans. Aditya & Atul recognised that larger agencies who were specialised in ATL marketing were not as quick & reactant as Enthuse was. We were willing to adapt & change according to the market scenario which kept us transforming & evolving from stage 1 to present. Enthuse was founded in 2004 following the vision to have a dynamic, bespoke yet passionate and experienced team. The team were picked because of their passion for the industry and their top-notch experience.

We cater to multiple solutions to help you design everything from scratch to the bottom line and take the strain away from you. Our line of thinking starts where event planner’s wit ends. Atul Chabra

Founder Director

Atul Chabra, Founder of Enthuse Answers Communications, has had over 15 years of substantive experience in marketing strategy, communications brand building and experiential marketing space.
An alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, Atul has years of varied experience in MICE, destination management, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences conventions, strategic planning, event management etc. As the Director of Enthuse, Atul is responsible for the vital operations of the company.
In this ever-evolving world, his vision is to transfer knowledge to generation next in a purposeful manner so that they can train further like we train them. Atul is always willing to create new ideas and expertise in developing strategic plans to accomplish marketing strategies, product promotion and customer satisfaction.

Aditya Joshi

Founder Director

Aditya Joshi, Founder Director of Enthuse Answers, brings a relentless surge of energy and innovation to drive the marketing strategy, communications and experiential space in the Company. Close friends since school and bundles of creative energy, he and Atul founded Enthuse Answers over a decade ago.
Aditya gives strategic direction to Enthuse Answers. For over a Decade now, clients have given their mandate to Enthuse Answers to draft, build and execute end-to-end Design & Experiential solutions for their brands.
Prior to founding Enthuse Answers, Aditya spent 5 years with Nestle. It was here that he understood the importance and significance of processes and systems that are imperative to build an organization. He joined Nestle in 1994 and worked in various capacities aimed at increasing the Company’s distribution network and its market share in the Foods Business. Aditya has more than 25 years of experience in Brand Management, Sales Management, Business Planning, Creative Communications, Event Management, Activation Strategy, and Film making.
Aditya is not only a firm believer in work-life balance, but he is also its strongest advocate too. He regularly urges and guides his team to strive for a healthier life. He is an accomplished triathlete and has the coveted title of Ironman 70.3 under his belt, that he won in Weymouth, the UK in 2018. With his energetic fresh approach, determination and strong will, he forever strives to turn ideas and action.
