Overview

  • To host the annual kick off and launch event of Philips (Health Innovation Center) heart machine and ultra-sound ZENETION series.

Strategy

  • We fragmented the events in three segment affairs.
  • In the morning the conference, the evening was slotted for internal awards and night was kept for the secretive product to be launched at last.
  • We designed the stage with the help of revolving tables in such a way that it did not hinder the whole event and at the rotation unveiling of the machine with confetti blasts will add an X-factor to it.
  • We set up an experience zone where we played the filmed video of interviews of an employee on “what innovation means to you”?
  • The night was concluded with an exuberant fusion of music and dance.

Face-off

  • Management of over 500 audience
  • Time and people management of 3 events in a day
  • We had a time slot of 15-20 minutes to reorganize the whole new set up at the stage.
  • The machine weighed around 1.5 quintals and was robust in structure. So, once the machine was mobilized to the stage they couldn’t be juggled around. We had to make a blueprint of the stage in such a way that they would be present on the stage the whole time but would be unveiled at the launch time.
