Objective

  • To organize National sales Conference for Eli Lilly & Co.

Strategy

  • We devoted all three days for the conference, but the conferences were conducted in different unique style every day.  The first-day conference was narrated through our av film named as the voice of God which gave a soothing and mollifying effect to the audience. The next day was the main conference in which we created breakout zones so that interdepartmental conference can be conducted at the same place and time. The concluding day was assigned for the Q&A sessions which were taken with the help of i-pads.
  • All work and no play would make not only jack but also everyone dulls. So, we crafted blowing steam off activities post conferences. The first night was an award night and we decided to name as superstar night to instigate the feeling of a superstar in the audience. Vibrant music and dance rocked the night. An outing to Brewers street, a lively and ebullient hangout rendezvous was arranged the following night.
  • An exclusive interactive session on diabetes was convened on the concluding day.

Face-off

  • Arranging a 3-day conference with different agenda and sitting structure was a bit of a challenge as in conference seating area we had to install 3 screen, seating areas and soundproof settings in just a day time.
  • Installation of IPad for the 3-day conference and creating an Interactive session with over 350 employees had to be managed accordingly.
  • We installed Roar meter at every row which measured the intensity of cheers at the end of every row and watches out multiple screens to keep the audiences at their feet.
