Objective

  • To host “India Region Operation Meet 2016” of General Electric India.

Strategy

  • As it was “India Region meet”, we chose Agra city which is an epitome of India’s rich culture and tradition.
  • We concluded the event by musical awards night to end the 2-day serious brainstorming conference on a jovial note.

Face-off

  • We had to show perfect craftsmanship for creating an ethnic theme which reflected the vibes of the whole city Agra.
  • As conferences tend to cumbersome, we meticulously planned the concluding act of musical awards to engage the whole audience.
